This beach was shown to me by a very good friend and is still one of my favorites. Few people, easy access, and tons of life.

Here are some pictures I took while snorkeling at たぬびだ浜 (Tanubida Beach). It is a reef located about 150 meters off the shore on the northern part of Miyakojima. The point can be reached by snorkeling, but is also a popular spot for diving.

Flying with Turtles- Yabiji, Miyakojima

This day I was actually working as a snorkeling guide. Once everyone was back on the boat I swam over to get a few pictures of the sea moss. Once I got close I noticed a few large shadows. There were originally 4 turtles, but only one stayed around to be photographed.
